Barcelona began operations in the port of Barcelona in 1984. The city of Barcelona is an important neuralgic center, as it houses a main industrial port, which is the largest cruise port in the Mediterranean, in addition to concentrating the largest logistics offer in Spain.

At present, Davila Agencias Barcelona secures very high levels of quality, efficiency and safety, aiming to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and represented shipowners, and to comply with all service requirements, including legal, and regulatory requirements.

 Our  Valencia branch has been operating since 1972. The port of Valencia has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most important ports in Europe, and of course in Spain, to the point of hosting major sporting events. During this time, our Valencia branch not only consigned ships, but also engaged in all kinds of trade traffic, from containers, to  RO-RO, including tramp vessels, and project cargo, gaining a great deal of experience to offer customers.

In order to offer and ensure a better service to our clients and principals, our office is ISO 9001:2008 certified, which ensures quality of service, and adapts to the times.

The port of Santander stands out for handling bulk cargo, and also for Ro-Ro traffic. Our branch in Santander is the consignee for this type of traffic. After several years as Consignee Agent in Santander, DavilaAgencias also began operating as Port Stevedore (Marítima Davila Madrid SA), in 2019, in the Port of Santander.

Our Vigo branch provides services to the South of Galicia, extending our area of influence to the North of Portugal, and the Castilian Plateau. The scope of our activities includes most things related to the maritime world, offering our customers   INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES: 

• VESSEL CONSIGNEE: all types of vessels, activity in which in 2008, we obtained the ISO 9001 certificate from BVQI.
• REGULAR LINE AGENTS:  we consign the vast majority of ships entering the Port of Vigo.
• STOWAGE: Joaquín Davila, y Cía carries out all types of port operations with its own means, and has highly specialized personnel with extensive experience in refrigerated cargo, fruit, containers, heavy loads, ro-ro, etc.
• WAREHOUSING: At our warehouses we provide services for dry, and reefer cargo, cargo consolidation, etc.
